We would like you to accept our Terms and Conditions, which come into effect from 13 October 2020. We vow to keep these Terms and Conditions up to date at our site techsmartrepair.co.uk. This information will be available at the bottom of every page of the site. With every significant change we make within the business, we will communicate this to you accordingly via this site by uploading updated terms and conditions.

Our Ordering Contract

If there is any mistake while you made an order, we can correct any errors right up until you confirm your payment and give you the appropriate order number and its details.

Pricing and Payments

All our products are sold in UK pounds and it will be genially the right price which it might be include delivery charges plus additional services you might choose. We will need certain information about you to proceed your shopping or repairing. We might use your details to check verification identity if there is any issue with your payment or help to protect you and us from fraudulent activities. If we identify transactions that are potentially fraudulent, we might ask you to return the products to our premises and we may cancel your order.

Damaged/Missing or Incorrect orders

If you received damaged products, please contact our customer services immediately to solve the issue that we will be happy to tackle the matter promptly. Our aim is you are absolutely satisfied with your products.

Returning and After Sales

We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as the products are not open and in its original package. Our company will give you 21 days only, after delivery. We will open the goods to inspect them for inspection. If you open the goods, you might get refund as long as you haven’t used them, we will not warranty to give you full refund. These are the 2 ways of refunding or cancelling your purchase:

  1. Returning the product to our store, located at 158 Eltham High Street, SE9 1BJ. This should be returned not later than 14 days from the days you communicated to
  2. Cancelling your order can be solved by contacting to one of our colleagues. Just have your order reference number and delivery details on hand

We will refund the cost of the product once we have received the goods back. We may reduce the refund for any loss in value of the goods or if the products are damaged. Refunds can take up to 10 days to credit it to your account.

We will not refund or cancel your purchase on one of the following:

  • If the product does not have any proof of purchase
  • The product has a contract involved and you have already using the
  • The seal has been broken on any goods such as memory cards, software, games, or any products that compromise the value of
  • If the strip on the back of the product has been partially damaged

Faulty Goods

Our aim is to keep you happy with our products and we will offer you a repair, exchange, or refund if there is any faulty product that occurs within 30 days of your purchase. We also deliver a prompt repair, if the fault occurs during the guarantee period. Please look at the guarantee period on your receipt. However, we keep the right to inspect the products to verify the fault.

Refunding or exchanging the products, these must be in excellent condition, “as new” with its

original box and packaging.

Two ways to return a product:

  1. Taking it to our store at 158 Eltham High Street, SE9 1BJ
  2. Arranging a collection by contacting our sales

We will not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. We will repair your goods if these were carried out on your own responsibility by our skilled and qualified engineers. However, if the goods have faulty due to manufacturer issues, we will exchange it immediately.

Repairing Service Contract

We offer repairing services to persons which are full age and legally competent. Our offers do not represent any compulsory offer, but an invitation to submit an offer by the customer who voluntary wants to get their devices repaired. Customer’s order is a mandatory offer to conclude a contract with our company of which we are entitled to accept this offer. Customer’s order will generate a receipt repairing order that fulfils legal obligations to provide customer’s device personal information to solve the problem and to notify them progress of the repairing service.

Customer might be obligated to bring their devices, deposit payment in advance to conclude a contract to repair their devices.

Every customer order is subject to availability of parts within the demanding market. However, we will inform the customer immediately that due to lack of essential part, the repairing order service might not be possible. Therefore, the contract will be cancelled, and refund will be proceeded with immediate effect.

Quotation are final prices and include current taxes. Payment can be made via debit or credit or simply by cash at our store at 158 Eltham High Street, SE9 1BJ. A billing receipt of the repairing service will be given as a method of conclusion of the contract. The customer will have the chance to check their repairing service and claim or ask for further explanation or

pay attention to details of make sure the repairing is successful. Once the customer is convinced of the right repairing, a repairing service receipt must be signed by the customer, which it establish that the customer is satisfied of the service repairing contract and has received their devices in perfect conditions. The company has the right to keep customer signed receipt for 6 months for any issue it might appear.

Our company has the right of retention of the device when there is issue of payment or counterfeit matters. The product will give it back to customer once full payment is made.

We warrantee our repairing service for xx months and we will need your receipt to proceed with any claim or demands.

Our company will proceed with liability of compensation when we intentionally breach our repairing service duty. We will recognise customer’s liability for slight negligent only in the event of our infringement of material contractual obligations. Therefore, we shall only accept liability in the event of maliciously concealing any defects or if we have undertaken to provide a guarantee or warranty. A manufacturer’s guarantee is a guarantee of the manufacturer and does not constitute an assumption of a guarantee by our company. In addition, liability will not apply in event of damage to life, body and health.
