Repair Warranty Terms

Important: Test your device before leaving our premises. Warranty void for physical damage, liquid damage, or 3rd party repair attempts.

  • SIM cards, memory cards, and phone cases remain customer's responsibility
  • 100 days repair warranty
  • No warranty for water damage repairs
  • Data backup is customer's responsibility (contacts, photos, etc. may be lost)
  • Manufacturer repairs may extend repair time
  • Provide device password to avoid repair delays
  • Additional faults found during repair may incur extra costs
  • Test device upon collection - Smart Tech not responsible for unrelated faults

By proceeding with repair, you acknowledge and accept these warranty terms.

Device Sales Warranty

Keep your receipt as proof of purchase

New Devices

  • 14 days exchange policy if faulty
  • 24 months manufacturer warranty
  • Excludes third-party software issues
  • Excludes accidental damage (water damage, broken screens, etc.)
  • Third-party repairs void warranty

Pre-Owned Devices

  • 3 months battery warranty from purchase date
  • Excludes LCD damage, cracks, smashes, faulty touch screens, pixel damage
  • Excludes faulty fingerprint/iris sensors, Face ID recognition
  • Manufacturer repairs may take up to 4 weeks

I confirm the device was tested and fully working at time of purchase.
